Yueda Hong Kong (Real Estate) Platform is a specialized platform under Yueda Group engaged in real estate development and operations, as well as healthcare, senior care and property services. Its business covers real estate development and operations, medical and senior care services, property services, residential technology, trade and metallic mineral mining. It has formed a business portfolio centered on real estate development and operations, with coordinated development across multiple industries.

The platform holds a Class I Real Estate Development Qualification. It has developed a cumulative total of over 12 million square meters of residential properties and more than 1 million square meters of commercial projects. Rooted in Yancheng, focused on the Yangtze River Delta and extending nationwide, it has launched projects in eastern cities including Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Yancheng and Huai’an, as well as western cities such as Xi’an and Pingliang. It maintains a leading position in Yancheng’s real estate sector and consistently ranks among Jiangsu Province’s top real estate developers in overall strength.

The platform is committed to R&D in residential technology. Founded in July 2010, Yancheng Yueda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yueda Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 114.3578 million. It is a professional real estate developer integrating real estate investment, development and sales.

Deeply rooted in the local Yancheng market, the company leverages its product and service strengths, raises quality standards and builds brand synergy. It strives to become Yancheng’s most competitive high-quality residential developer and enhance the city’s livability.
