Jiangsu Yueda Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yueda Group) was founded in 1979. For more than 40 years, the Group has unswervingly served the economic and social development of Yancheng and remained committed to the real economy, growing into a key provincial state-owned backbone enterprise. It has been honored with titles including National Advanced Primary Party Organization, China Charity Award, Advanced Collective for Outstanding Contributions to Reform and Opening-up, and Jiangsu Excellent Enterprise.

Currently, the Group holds controlling stakes in two listed companies at home and abroad, namely Yueda Investment and Yueda International. It operates more than 150 enterprises, employs over 40,000 staff, with a registered capital of RMB 10 billion and total assets exceeding RMB 100 billion. Yueda Group adopts a three-level management and control model: Group Headquarters – Specialized Platform Companies – Project Companies. It has established a "6+1" operation and management system consisting of six specialized industrial operation platforms — Yueda Investment Company, Shanghai New Industrial Company, Yueda South Company, Yueda Hong Kong (Real Estate) Company, Yueda Auto Group and Yueda Capital Company, plus one functional platform: Yueda Finance Company.
