Jointly established by Jiangsu Yueda Group and Kia Corporation of the Republic of Korea, Jiangsu Yueda Kia Motors Co., Ltd. has built a production capacity of 890,000 units in Yancheng. The company has launched more than 40 passenger vehicles, forming a full-spectrum product matrix covering sedans, SUVs, MPVs and new energy vehicles. Its sedan lineup includes the K3, K5, Pegas and Forte; SUVs cover the Stonic, Sonet, Seltos, Sportage and Sportage Ace; the MPV range features the 4th generation Carnival. Founded in December 2023, FAW Group Co., Ltd. Yancheng Branch obtained the production qualification for battery electric passenger vehicles in April 2024 and formally put production into operation in May 2024. Covering a land area of 518.44 mu with a construction area of 200,469 square meters, the company possesses four core automotive production processes: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. Through short-term capacity expansion and upgrading, it rapidly achieved an annual production capacity of 70,000 battery electric passenger vehicles.

Currently three new energy models have been launched: the A00-class sedan Bestune Pony, A0-class SUV Yuyi 03 and A-class sedan Yuyi 08. Leveraging the solid technical accumulation and talent reserves of FAW Group and Bestune, the company will successively launch multiple models including the four-door version of Bestune Pony and A0-class sedan E321, fully covering SUVs, sedans and microcars. It aims to produce high-quality new energy vehicles affordable for ordinary households.

Jiangsu Yueda Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Established in September 1998, Jiangsu Yueda Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yueda Auto Group. Focusing on new energy logistics vehicles and off-road vehicles, it has built a multi-dimensional business system integrating joint R&D, independent sales, modification services, after-sales support and project cooperation.

Supported by high-standard flexible final assembly production lines, it realizes mixed-line modification and production of new energy logistics vehicles of 3.5 tons and below and mainstream passenger vehicles, with an annual single-shift capacity of 10,000 units. Shaanxi Dimei Wheel Co., Ltd.

Shaanxi Dimei Wheel Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprise and informatization-industrialization integrated high-tech enterprise engaged in wheel design, production, sales and services. Jointly invested and constructed in 2018 by Jiangsu Yueda Group, Jiangsu Sumec Group and Tongchuan Industrial Development Fund, the company has a registered capital of RMB 150 million. The project actively integrates into Tongchuan Municipal Government’s priority industrial chains: the aluminum & aluminum alloy industrial chain and automotive equipment supporting industrial chain, filling the gap in lightweight aluminum wheel production in Shaanxi Province.

Covering a land area of 160 mu, construction kicked off in October 2018 and the plant was completed and put into production on June 28, 2020. More than 450 sets of equipment have been installed, with a combined workshop of 42,000 square meters and auxiliary production buildings exceeding 5,000 square meters, supporting an annual output of 3 million aluminum wheels.

Jiangsu Yueda Zhixing Automotive Service Co., Ltd.

Founded in November 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 400 million and more than 530 employees, Jiangsu Yueda Zhixing Automotive Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Yueda Auto Group Co., Ltd.
