This premium Lyocell home textile fabric achieves effective anti-fibrillation, excellent anti-pilling performance, smooth fabric surface, outstanding ultra-soft hand feel (ultra-soft texture with a static drape coefficient of approximately 20%) and great wash resistance, as well as favorable surface flatness after machine washing.
It is manufactured via low-temperature and low-carbon processes including singeing, cold pad-batch enzymatic desizing, enzyme polishing, fiber crosslinking treatment, and functional finishing featuring moisture absorption, ultra-softness and skin friendliness.
The technology addresses the drawbacks of Lyocell fabrics processed by conventional dyeing and finishing techniques, which are prone to fibrillation and poor anti-pilling properties.
The resulting fabric boasts prominent anti-fibrillation capability, superior resistance to fibrillation and pilling, favorable drape coefficient and pleasant hand feel, smooth and ultra-soft surface, together with excellent wash durability. The fabric maintains satisfactory softness and anti-pilling performance after repeated machine washing.

This is a delicate soft dyeing and finishing process developed for wide-width woven home textile fabrics, aiming to address the common drawbacks of existing ultra-soft napped fabrics, including high lint shedding rate, poor air permeability, hardening after washing, substantial reduction in yarn breaking strength and hole formation during high-count napping.
This process achieves a breakthrough improvement in ultra-soft hand feel and fine nap texture. With liquid water flow and air flow treatment equipment combined with the chemical reaction of fiber swelling agents under acidic and high-temperature conditions, uniform micron-scale naps are formed on the fabric surface. It breaks the mechanical friction limitations of traditional napping processes. The naps are finer, softer and more elastic, delivering a silky touch comparable to baby skin and greatly enhancing the skin-friendliness and comfort of end products.
